What levels are offered and which is right for me?
We offer four progressive levels: Fundamentals, Presence, Command, and Mastery. New students start with a free placement call to determine the ideal entry point based on experience and goals.
How do cohorts work and when do they start?
Cohorts of 12–16 students meet weekly for 9 weeks. New groups launch every six weeks. Check the catalog for upcoming start dates and reserve your place early.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment. After the first live session, we offer prorated credit toward future courses. Contact support for personal situations.
Do you provide private one-on-one coaching?
Yes. Private sessions are available with our senior instructors. They are ideal for executives, TEDx speakers, and anyone preparing for high-stakes presentations.
What equipment or space do I need for the courses?
A reliable internet connection, webcam, and quiet space are sufficient. Course materials and recorded sessions are delivered through our private platform. No special microphones required to begin.
How does the feedback and review process work?
Each week you receive personalized written feedback plus a private video review. Instructors highlight specific vocal and body-language improvements with timestamped notes.
Can I switch cohorts or pause my enrollment?
Yes. You may transfer to a future cohort at no cost once per year. Emergency pauses are also available with pro-rated credit applied toward the rescheduled program.
Are recordings available if I miss a session?
Every live session is recorded and uploaded within 4 hours. You retain lifetime access to your cohort recordings and all course materials.
