You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Payments and Subscriptions

All purchases are processed securely. Prices are displayed in USD and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Cancellation Policy. Finewood Voicecraft reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Digital products and course access may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if no course materials have been accessed. Physical goods are subject to our standard 30-day return window.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the services, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users’ experience. Finewood Voicecraft may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, designs, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of Finewood Voicecraft. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” Finewood Voicecraft disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
